Senator Ralph Smith will be hosting a town hall meeting this Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors chambers located at 5204 Bernard Drive in Roanoke. The Senator wants to listen to constituents thoughts and concerns about the 2011 General Assembly session that started on Wednesday. Residents of the 22nd State Senate district are encouraged to RSVP to Senator Smith's office at RalphSmithSenate@cox.net.
Also, on Thursday, January 20th, Americans for Prosperity will be holding a TOWN HALL TOUR to discuss repealing the Health Care bill and how to effectively lobby our Senators Webb and Warner on issues facing Virginia's families. The town hall will include State Director Ben Marchi, Doctor Dane McBride, and a SPECIAL GUEST! The event will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the Holiday Inn Tanglewood in Ballrooms A and B. Finally, Victory in the 8th! Greg Habeeb is already serving us in Richmond thanks to all of you who volunteered for the campaign with making phone calls, knocking on doors, writing letters to the editor, putting up and delivering signs throughout Roanoke County and Salem, standing outside in the cold for sign waves and volunteering at the polls.
